Liz Thorpe, VP of Murray's Cheese and author of the recently released The Cheese Chronicles (and a Yale '00 graduate), conducts a guided tour and tasting of these and other luscious, mouthful American originals. By and large, the cheesemakers have learned their crafts from the masters of Europe, and brought it here, where a different and unique terroir has given us another reason to love America.
Enjoy this delicious cheese tasting with other Yalies on October 28th. Sparkling wine, bread, dried fruit and nuts will be served as well.
